whats the quality of the recording and when will it be available for trade/blanks?

When recording from total recorder the resulting file is one big MP3 right? How do you then cut it down to individual tracks to record to a CD-R? Any help would be great. Thanks

ANybody have a clear copy of 8/27/02 show at jones beach. I am very interested in the show since it was very good and it was my girlfriends first Buffett experience.
