I added a 36" portable griddle to go with the 6 foot grill and the double boiler this year.

I drive my truck up to the top floor. No tents since the wind will blow them off the roof.
Set up the big grill, sound system and tables with umbrellas and have at it.
Worked well couple years ago, although the crowd up there was pretty small.
Trying to get more folks up there this year.

Ybor city is right down the road from the hotels. Cab over and walk around, plenty of pubs and eateries around to discover. As for someone coming back a "bit more gumbo" find me at the tailgating and will have a nice pot of gumbo on the grill along with plenty of jello shots, shrimp, sausa...

Ticketmaster has a lot of seats available. The Lawn is all resale and for the price they are asking better to get a good seat to sit in.
