Does the band ever play any place closer to downtown Chicago?

I live in the area, the Best Western and the Days Inn on Diversey are definitely your closest/best bets. Both are pretty much walking distance. Other than that you're gonna have to head downtown, which isn't too bad, $10 cab ride or $1.75 on the train that takes you right there.

Whether this year is unconventional or not, I really don't foresee the Wrigley shows are going to cause him to suddenly skip Alpine. But it just seems with all of the rumors and date possibilities that have been flying around (thank you dino and Captain P), the possibility of Alpine not happenening does not seem very likely.
