the first thing you want to do is go talk to the folks at SCORE, they're retired business people who volunteer their services and provide advice about starting your own business or buying a business. they're afffilated with the SBA and if you apply for an SBA loan you have to use them..... they off...

vitamins on an empty stomach used to make me puke...I don't take vitamins and just try to get my nutrients from food...I think most of the vitamin industry is all crap!

Ok, I know I must sound like the pickiest eater...seems there are very few things I like...other than french Fries! But, to make it worse...I eat one thing at a time...in the same order and they can NEVER touch each other. Ex: veggies first, potato or rice second...meat third. If I have a sandwich.....

there are a few ways to acheive what the "secret" promises. But they are perhaps a more lengthy journey, but only a little longer. I dont trust quick fixes for transforming a soul. to each his own..... I don't believe this is a quick fix...rather advice given on how to improve the long jo...

The pair cost me about $2200.00
