as much fun as Alpine is, I hear more and more complaints each year-I had a really bad experience in the lot a few years ago and that's the last time I was there.

nice to hear this now.

gumby-hope you have better luck getting pavillion at Alpine-each of the past few years only the first person in the lottery has been able to do so-my first concert was Alpine and we had 2nd row seats-spoiled me for life!

sound at Tinley has definitely improved over the years, and it does depend on where you are there. pavillion is larger than Alpine, and there are seats with obstructed views because of the big pillars. the only plus to me is not having to climb up all the stairs at Alpine afterwards.
