Tabasco is my go to. I love its flavor. I'm not a connoisseur. I just go with what I like. I also have Cholula in my fridge, which is OK as well. Tabasco is great for anything from shrimp and rice to cheese toast (my original childhood favorite) and even boiled spinach. Not sure about desserts yet. :D
