I used to live in Huntington, WV. I don't recall Jimmy ever playing there.

At least in Huntington I could get to Columbus, Cincinnati, Pittsburgh, etc.

Lee is right. The short list in 2004 for consistent sellouts was Buffett, Madonna, Prince, Elton John, DMB and Phish. I think Celine Dion sold out most of her shows too (though, I wouldn't call that a tour).

WHAT ABOUT SANDUSKY? Actually Upper Sandusky had been considered as a tour stop. But the people routing the tour couldn't figure out why they had to go south to get to Upper Sandusky. Then, when they traveled north again to Sandusky, they were confounded as to why it wasn't called Lower Sandusky. :-)
