Stayed at Bourbon Orleans years past but they are now totally non-smoking. Found a good deal on Bourbon a block or so from the host but better yet , right across the street (stumbling distance)from the Tropic isle bar. The Inn on Bourbon Ramada Plaza Hotel. 541 Bourbon Street. I got Wed/Thurs $87 . ...
