I've been training for a 5k with the boys, but it's so nice out we're skipping our run and we're out on the lake instead. I hope the storms miss and we get weather like this on Saturday.

There are only 3 hotels right around here I would recommend. The brand new La Quinta I posted, the Comfort Inn on Dalrock in Rowlett, or the Hilton on the water in Rockwall. Stay away from the Best Western and the Super 8 if you can help it.

Yes it's rain or shine. The main part of the bar is inside so weather won't be a factor. If we do get storms I'll just go in the car instead of the boat.

Cool. I think we're up to about 15 people for Saturday.

We'll probably be outside on the lower level patio, overlooking the lake. Kids are ok during the day, mine have been there plenty of times. If we get tired of the Saucer, Primo's is right next door and they have an awesome outside patio with excellent margaritas.

They also have Miller Lite in a bottle, so Pharmboy should be happy

I think Tyler, Wes, Jon and Darvi, and parrotheadbaby and Fedex Lady are all confirmed. I spent the afternoon cleaning the boat from the long winter, an I'm out on the lake enjoying it now. Saturday is going to be fun!
