I have also heard bus parking is at the Carnegie Science Center and car parking is $30. You need to know that the City Of Pittsburgh tacks on a
50% parking tax. That means parking is $15 and the city adds $15 for a total of $30. Gold Lot 3 is no longer there they have built a building on it.

I also got my tickets at the presale. Had to work downtown today so I stopped at PNC at 9:30am and there was only about 150 people there and it was first come first serve (NO LOTTERY)

They have been building a Springhill Suites right across from PNC Park , it is to open in Mid March. It is a little pricey but if you want to walk out of the show and be at your room it is the place to be. I Just called a friend of mine that works at PNC Park and he told me that the seating chart is not the same as springsteen. He is going to e-mail me the seating chart and I will post it as soon as I get it.

There is a springhill suites that will open in mid March across the street from PNC Park. You want the North Shore one on Federal st.

Sorry got the years wrong it was 2002 and 2003.they all blend together.

In 2003 and 2004 I was lucky to be in the first couple of rows and when Jimmy hits the stage they drop about 30 beach balls from the ceiling. If he is so upset about beach ball why does he drop more when the show starts?

Springsteen wasn't on the road last summer so how reliable can it be?

Sorry it was 2 summers ago Aug 6, 2003 .

They work for the Pirates and as for reliability when springsteen came to PNC Park last summer the same person told me 3 months before it was announced.

Blossom is actually a state park and that makes drinking in a state park illegalll The last time I saw Jimmy there they didn't inforce the law. The only people they hassled was people drinking out of bottles and people with barrels. Poor your beverage into a cup and you shouldn't have a problem.
