Scott, What an incredible achievement. The weight loss that is. I always thought the before and after photos for advertising were BS. You have just proved they are not. You lost 200lbs in 18 months?? Was it all eat good and exercising?

Concert tix every year to see him, vacation to the islands, oh and a PLANE Not a big plane but something to fly me around the northeast and into the local islands such as block island and Nantucket!!

I made a trip last year to Komsolmosk (Far east Russia, Siberia) via Moscow. Very interesting and yes a bit cold. While in the eastern side I even went snowboarding at their "resort".
