I'm just new to clam chowder..and the first was the red kind..and I wasn't too crazy about it..however, I don't think it was prepared the best either.. Salmon if it's fixed in steaks rocks, as well as fresh tuna..(that canned crap they sweep up off the floor and can it). BUT...it's .....OYSTER SEAS...

I grew up eating grits in N'Orleans. I never knew you wern't supposed to put butter or sugar on plain grits.
