the kids here in s/e Georgia are allowed to wear them.... haven't seen one @ high school, tho. well, not middle school either. only elementary school. more prevelant I'd say in the 4 younger grades than 4th, 5th, or 6th. ... and those that have had them, seem to let them grow out and only sport the ...
