outside of roadtown on tortola, cane garden bay is the most civilized with a nice beach, a certain tire swing, bars, and restaurants. there are beach side resorts at both ends of tortola, but they appear to be somewhat isolated. Nope. I have a degree in Oceanography and haven't used it one day since I graduated. I have no idea, and don't really care, how much money he has. However, I believe we will all find out one day in a few years when he takes his whole empire (and it really is an empire) public! There is no doubt in my mind that he will eventually sign off on an IPO. It makes complete financial sense...
