outside of roadtown on tortola, cane garden bay is the most civilized with a nice beach, a certain tire swing, bars, and restaurants. there are beach side resorts at both ends of tortola, but they appear to be somewhat isolated. Nope. I have a degree in Oceanography and haven't used it one day since I graduated. I have no idea, and don't really care, how much money he has. However, I believe we will all find out one day in a few years when he takes his whole empire (and it really is an empire) public!
