There is a "Margaritaville" in a nice sized tourist town. on the Calif. coast betweem San Fran. and Monteray named Capitola, they are a pretty good sized restaurant, with pretty good food. Located on a pivital corner in the Heart of town. It was nice but........... definately not Margarit...

i think its a legitament lawsuit!! the funny thing is, it was filed in district court, where my mother is a judge here in delaware. the case has not been assigned yet, but she is petitioning for it. the funny part is, if a mediation is necessary, she usually requires that both parties be present......
