hey what do you expect from the folks at the New Yorker. They once published a cover that defined the USA as 9th Ave to the Hudson River and the rest of america as nothing but wasteland.

somehow i don't think jimmy's financial status or current "place in life" would preclude him from writing SOASOAS or CILCIA today. as long as parrotheads will buy anything he slaps his name on he only needs to go thru the motion and keep cashing all those "silly checks" as he cal...

I don't know if he's lost his knack for songwriting. I think, and this is just my opinion, music has taken a back seat to all the other crap the last few years. Bad tequila, bad beer, overpriced blenders, hotels, casinos, restaurants, shoes, ... Notice what's missing? He's more a businessman than a...

You'll notice I called the top loaders 'new-fangled' in the poll...guess they aren't quite so 'new' anymore, jus...

I'd go with a front loader. Do keep in mind, front loaders sometimes require that you use high efficiency (HE) detergent. My understanding is that if you don't use it, among other things, it can cause the seals on the door to dry out and then they can leak . I wanted a front loader but the hubby ge...

i bought a front loader a couple of years ago. 1) the total wash/dry cycle is about the same. wash takes longer but drying is a lot shorter due the front loader spinning things dryer than a top loader. 2) cleans just as well as the top loader did. the acid test for me was my golf club towels. ground...
