I can't help with the questions but.... I can make customized garters. My mom and I do this for family and friends and I've tossed around making some to sell in local shops. Kewl - what's "custom" about them? Do you have some pictures - I would love to see them :-) I made a customized one...

Nair doesn't work - had a b/f that tried it with AWFUL results. If you do waxing just imagine all that hair being JERKED out at once (although what pain you feel will be gone quick) Your needing a referral all depends on your health plan. You could do a tropical-flower thing if it's kind of a formal party..... or if it's not, go all out with a silly tropical theme or go to a discount store and get little plastic horseys with little plastic fence and trees in the toy section. Make them race around you...
