I've done all of them with varying degrees of success and/or failure. I read, play guitar (not very well), tried surfing several times and I've gotten really good at going over the waterfall. I've taken flying lessons and learned how to pick out the planets in the solar system although I've never be...

I wouldn't mind if Jimmy decided to do an acoustic tour with just the beach band and didn't play any of the "hits". I wouldn't object if he cut out WDWGDAS or Cheeseburger or Margaritaville or Brown-eyed Girl (my daughter would object) or Southern Cross or the Hokey Pokey or the Natives ar...

The BEST Jimmy Buffett Album or CD would have to be License to Chill. Without a doubt it's the best, unless you like Riddles in the Sand better or Banana Wind or maybe Changes in Latitude. Of course sometimes I prefer Last Mango in Paris or White Sport Coat and I know my daughter prefers Fruitcakes ...

Margaritaville LV Does Disco!

My daughter and I were in Las Vegas this weekend and went into the Margaritaville Cafe expecting to hear some Buffett and instead we were hit with Disco from the late 70's and early 80's! :o They even played Michael Jackson. Does Jimmy know about this? I remember when he used to slam Disco and espec...

Liberty Travel owns GoGo tours and thus only quote them if they are in the market. The biggest risk to just using the web is that you never know who you are dealing with and when things go wrong who is going to be there to help you. As for Omega, they haven't had a great reputation for bargain hunti...

The Man Who Would be King, is a good movie with some great lines. It was directed by John Huston and starred Sean Connery, Michael Caine and Christopher Plummer. For it's time it was a great adventure film with elements of comedy and tragedy mixed together in a wonderful telling of Kipling's story a...

I love my Blackberry. It's my PDA, my Bluetooth and cell phone, all in one. I'm always in touch with the office and am able to easily retrieve emails and send responses. The only issue is with attachments, I can't open them.

City or Cities vs. towns and/or regions? Rarotonga isn't really what I would call a city, although it is one of the best places to get away from it all. Lovely place. Favorite megacity is London Favorite large city is New Orleans Favorite medium city is Adana in Turkey Favorite small city is Gustavi...

I only matched up on two. Had you asked me three years ago I would have been at 6 or 7 but commuting 80 miles on a crowded freeway has caused me to change my driving habits. I still go fast but I don't crowd, I won't talk on the phone or take my eyes off the road for anything. I've seen too many acc...

I must say that I would check the rates on other sites like Sidestep or some of the other ones and then knock 35% to 50% off their lowest rate for the category of hotel that you want to stay in. Do be aware that if you purchase a hotel through them you can't cancel and get a refund or in many cases,...
