ebay has made everyone ticket brokers, there are a lot of people that are buying extra tickets if they're lucky to get tickets at all and sell the remaining tickets at a profit to compenstate for their costs...its way too easy to do anymore...there was a time when people were afraid to get more than...

and don't be fooled into thinking that brokers always pay face value...there are many brokers who buy from fans that buy to sell to brokers or pick them off ebay and sell them for a mark-up...many times brokers will not promis you your tickets right away, maybe they don't even have them yet and they...

for legal reasons most places say this...they cannot encourage it or they would have a weaker defense if someone took legal action against them for something that goes down....

they'll be there, ticketmaster will slowly add shows as they get closer to the onsale date...keep checking the next couple days....

I think it depends on the venue, some may have a middle ground, like $86, but some venues every seat will be $126 opposed to a square foot of grass for $36
