take the train!
the last two years I have gone into downtown from Tinley and its taken over 2 hours to get back to the hotel in the afternoon. That may seem like the norm for Chicago, but I think that Friday afternoons are a bit worse...I'll be going to see the Cubs between the shows and I think the metra will be a...

right, lower than the max usually gets you better seats than requesting the max, but it won't make a difference in how fast your request goes through...the toughest thing about getting the tickets online is getting out of the 'waiting line'...it doesn't matter how many tickets you requested, your in...

you'd proabably be better off calling the outlet itself and asking them. If they say you can buy them ask them if there is any type of out of state delay. Sometimes major concerts have out of state delay of say 10 minutes...I would think if you were on the east side of PA you'd be close enough to ge...

I think now that Tweeter owns the place things have gotten better the last two years. In prior years security would try to hurry everyone into the show, they haven't done that the last two years. Now granted they don't open the lots until 3:00 and the lot is crushed limestone...Unless you have some ...

I am one that goes to multiple shows a year and I too have to fight for tix just like everyone else. BN.com represents a very small portion of fans at any concernt so don't blame people on this board for the lack of tix. We represent the true fan, you should not be in competition with us. I wish eve...

honestly I've never looked at the rules at alpine since I never really thought it was a big deal. These rules would really cramp alpine's style...doesn't look much better than tinley if they plan to enforce this... I know in the past they've always said 3 but its turned out closer to noon or 1. I do...

Re: Ticketmaster vs Clear channel
Where would You have the better chances of getting tickets. Ticketmaster, or Clear channel? It seems that both have ways to order tickets. Since CC owns most of the radio stations, they might have a better site. Any help? Thanks and fins up!!! as best I can tell, they are both pulling from the same...

We have 5 rooms booked at the Fairfield Inn. I think it's about 1 1/2 miles from Tweeter. If anyone has stayed there, how is it? thats a good location and where many will be staying. Fairfield shares a driveway with the Hampton and is right with the other hotels like the baymont and windgate...as f...

Yeah, I think you guys are much better off taking the scenic route through Illinois... I've never driven that route, but I'm guessing it will be hella boring though. Refills on coffee will be a must! It won't be 7 hours, don't worry. its not senic but neither is the ride to chi-town until your righ...

no, there is no delay in Illinois for the Alpine tickets-so ALpine and Tinley Saturday go on sale at the exact same moment. okay not to split hairs, but in IL or in Chicago. I'll be buying tickets in central IL and there has been a 10 miunte delay the last two years, if there is no delay, alpine wi...

Normally the way to go would be to take I-65 north through Chicago then north to East Troy. However Chicago traffic is terrible and plus they are doing construction on 80-94 which will make it worse. What I am planning on doing is taking I-74 west to Bloomington IL. From there pick up I-39 north an...

Re: Past experience...
policies to prevent this from happening. Perhaps they haven't and that would explain why people can get around the ticket limit. the limit when in person can only be controlled by the clerk, if someone has cash in hand for more than one set of tickets its up to the person selling tix, sure they can...

I just tried, there's nothing there, not even 1. Because of all the problems Ticketmaster had kicking people out, tickets may be available in 2 weeks. If people who had these problems don't go in and check their account, will the tickets then go unclaimed and available? Possible. this is also true ...

Re: Anyone Buying Tickets at FYE stores?
Hi...I've heard that people have luck at the music stores in the mall, FYE?? Has anyone tried the one in Orland Mall? Just wondering how it works with the lottery...if the mall opens at 10, and the tickets go on sale at 10. Just trying to find a new venue this year. Any help is appreciated. Getting...
