((Ukulady))

There's a quote from The Devil Wears Prada movie that my wife always jokes about.

"I'm one stomach flu away from reaching my goal weight."

Feel better!

I just started riding my bike to work and have been showering at the gym at work. So speaking from recent "exposure" in the locker room. . . I don't have a problem with male nudity unless it is that of my co-workers. I don't like seeing the head of HR's "peen" or my cubemate's ha...

It wasn't as windy so it was easier.

Had a healthy breakfast of fruit and yogurt again too.

I hope I can keep this up!

I don't dig on peanut butter either but is sounds great for those who do. Here is something my sister turned me onto. It is an excellent tasting lo-carb pasta (sorry Mal, it does have gluten). It is called Dreamfields Pasta and although it contains the same amount of carbs as regular pasta, about 41...

Great Job, CarolinaGirl! Your welcome for starting this thread, but it was a purely selfish move. I realized BN'ers are like most Parrotheads I've met, laid back, easy going, accepting people. I have found a safe place to vent, b****, and work out my weight issues, thanks to all of you! I've only s...
