First off, congratulations if it is positive.

The difference, IMO, depends on wether we are talking all 3 girls or all 3 boys, or a mix of the two.

Either way, you have the chance to someones hero, worst enemy, best friend, and provider all over again.

Keep us posted!

I really can't recall when I first seriously started listening to Harry. He was just always there. I never had the opportunity to see him in person, but not long after his death, in 1985 I believe, I was able to attend an Off Broadway show on Bleeker Street called The Life and Times of Harry Chapin....

Not my desire or intention to bring focus on anything depressing or down this close to Christmas. First round of funerals get underway tomorrow at 1pm eastern here in Florida, then out to Bimini for a number more. So many have asked, too many to repeat, what could be done if anything. Today Michelle...

Thank you all

I honestly didn't expect quite this amount of outpouring of wishes. I do apologize for not getting on sooner, but things have been a bit hazy. The last day and a half have gone by in either slow motion or light speed, however I can't tell which. Although I do appreciate your concern for me, please k...

It's just a different kind of Christmas. My memories of winter as a kid were delivering the Newark Star Ledger and Asbury Park Press in waist deep snow. Shoveling driveways, bumper riding and ice boating were staples of my youth. I bring up the newspaper routes for one reason. A large portion of my ...

Wouldn't change a thing. Island hopping in a Dash 8 in the Caribbean and seeing the Bahamas part time in a vintage Mallard.

Like many others, working on adding author to my resume. I have a good one going, and the story line is one that all here would love to read.

I rented a house a block in from the beach in Flagler County when I was in college. Back then, Palm Coast was a nice, sleepy little place. One notable fact about Palm Coast, the average ground level is about 8 inches above sea level. Expect to get wet during heavy rains. Enjoy it. I would really lik...

Knocking on PETA is like beating up a kid on crutches. It's just too easy.

Maybe I should bag up my innards from my fish from now on and send them to their doorstep.

Great string! Good idea and I've really enjoyed alot of things people have put up. The oldest things I own (outside of the ancient seabed in my yard) are a few coins from La Nuestra Senora de Atocha. I have a couple rings and a necklace from the 1733 Spanish Treasure Fleet that met it's fate along t...

In my opinion the first name on your list should be Marjory Stoneman Douglas. She came he in the early 1900's to live with her dad, Jonathan Douglas. He was known for starting the Miami Herald over on Miami Ave next to the river at the time. She had a small job as an assistant editor and her writing...

I would like to propose another thought. I think the system is working just fine. The teacher made his views on things very clear in the form of the information he put in his quiz. The students, knowing there could have been many ways to convey the basic context of the class material in this quiz, t...
