"Forged documents?" he said, to which she nodded no. She raised her head above the seats and spoke softly into her lap "you will think I'm crazy.." "Try me" She reached into her bag and pulled out a yellow stained half page of paper obviously torn out of a binding. She unfolded it and handed it to h...

East end now days is a private community. The west end is about to get a new look, as the latest expansion on the Atlantis is under way. The land has been cleared and construction will start soon, possibly by Christmas. This expansion phase involves the relocation of our Paradise Island seaplane ram...

Cheryle does all around the Miami area. Not sure how many she is registered with, but she does jobs all the way from Key West to Lauderdale, and even recently offered a few out towards Naples. What I've noticed about them is this: you register and take what you can. If you are near an urban area, th...

A few things have changed out there in the last few years. The west side of Paradise Island is pretty much all a private development now. You won't be able to ride a bike out there and toodle around to a snorkle spot. The straw market, as it was, burned down 3 years ago. A large tent area was set up...

Any chance to see Buddy Guy would be worth it. He has a great sound and I like his covers of some of the Robert Johnson originals and a few from BB.

Enjoy the show, and report on it...will ya?

If you stop at one of Shell Mans locations, you can pick up some pretty cool and original tree ornaments with a keys flavor. My tree is just about what you would expect to see here, flamingos with santa hats on, naked Santas in scuba gear, and of course a team of 8 dolphins harnessed to a Christmas ...

It's been a daily event with snakes lately. The gator/python encounter happened here a couple days ago. Story is they were equally matched and it is presumed from marks that the gator was previously injured to some degree. Up in Coral Springs 2 days ago a family found an African Rock Python on their...

Stay on the boat if you want to save money. Bumming around the island in any way is going to cost you, on account you are coming off the ship. You could of course hang out on the bridge and watch the seaplanes land in the harbor..... 8) If you head over that far, you can always walk over to the Atla...

You could grab the wall suddenly and with a look of fear ask everyone out loud "did you hear that noise?" "what was that noise!?"

Or if your riding with someone ask how the scabs are doing, are the Depends working out, or if they've gotten the lab tests back yet.

We are in direct competition with American Eagle, they don't codeshare with anyone to the islands.

I wouldn't miss Devils Bridge, Half Moon Bay, and any one of a number of Rum Shacks along the roadside.

A little hint: don't stop and take any pics of the roadside merchants.....they don't like that.

Why would one make a plane that can't dump fuel???? Was this a product of a brain fart by someone at Airbus?? Luckily, this situation allowed them to circle, but what if an engine failed or something? Airbus would look pretty stupid. The process of aircraft certification is very specific on hundred...

I always enjoy a blast from the past, but not one like this. We can all be assured they were dedicated professionals, ...
