I was watching the morning local news show (KTLA in Los Angeles). They were talking about Brooks and Dunn. Then the newcast said that Brooks and Dunn were going to be working on a project with Jimmy Buffet. There was a *very* short clip of Jimmy and that was it. Just a heads up?

Took down the Christmas ornamentation, left the vacuum cleaner close to the hall. TRIPPED over it at 12:45 am. Lesson to the uninformed: DO NOT CLEAN YOUR HOUSE ON NEW YEAR'S EVE!!! We stayed at the El Dorado - condos. Very nice beach area. We were on the golf course, but not a far walk from the beach.

I used to hang out there in my "younger" beach days! I wish I had been there.

If you've never been, take one of the tours on those "trolley" type cars. You get a narrated tour and you can get on and off the trolley at the stops to see what interests you. I try to take one of these whenever one is available (if it is my first trip to a city). MHO

We never saw any posters at the Alhambra, CA showing. The theater was barely 25% full but the sound and feeling was wonderful. I felt almost like I was in NO. Had a great time and hope he does it again!
