Its just that a Buffett concert is not just a concert, its a festival, an event. Sure you can live without the tailgating but are you going to enjoy it as much ragtop?

I really think he wants to play there because its a neat old park and he is a baseball fan, something different. I think it would be a one year only thing. Still not a good idea for tailgating and tickets will be VERY hard to get.

By the way, season ticket holders get first dibs on tickets and that a ton, tickets to Bruce were very hard to come by, thats why he also played Foxboro stadium. Getting tickets will be a pain at best

I've only gone maybe 12 times but I remember seeing him open for the Eagles in the Springfield civic center in Mass in 1977, I still have the stub! ALmost all have been at greatwoods, once at the centrum in worc and once in orlando. I would like to try some others, that would be fun.

I got an email from our group that said the licenseing hearing was on march 22nd. I do think this is holding up the rest of the tour being released. AND I hope he does both greatwoods and Fenway. The tailgating in Boston WILL s***. Very small parking lot and the police will NOT be friendly!
