Chicken Jerk at the Pork Pit! Yum! It's along the bay on Gloucester, a 4 or 5 minute walk from Margaritaville. The grill is giant! Have some drinks at Margaritaville, but eat at the Pork Pit. Lots of people coming in for takeout as well as eating there. This is the real thing. Wish I was there now!

Tantalizing. Each room has its own Guest Book.......perhaps you will find some hints there. Or the proprietors may be willing to divulge, since it will be your room, as well? (And of course you will share with your Changes in Latitudes Phriends, yes?)

I stayed at the Tropical Inn one time..........great place. Ours was the little room with double doors that open onto a small patio just off the pool. The Inn is located just around the corner from The Blue Heaven......yummy BBQ shrimp! The folks at the Tropical Inn will order up some one-speed bike...

Sun's out and it's my day off. It's only worked out like that for me two other days during this extremely foggy summer. Screw the laundry and beckoning vacuum cleaner.........it's a beach day!

RE the Nike +, sometimes I walk on sidewalk, and sometimes well-used, hard-packed dirt paths in a state park. Other times up and down a staircase. And sometimes I alternate between soft and hard beach sand. Do you think it would measure steps accurately in these various environments?

Does the Nike + recognize your steps when you are walking on a trail or a hiking trail? What about at the beach? Looks like there is a way to synch with a treadmill or elliptical while at the gym.
