I'm realizing I need to have an application or some type of screening process so that I can weed out the ones that......... (1) still live at home with mom and dad (2) haven't had a job in 2 years or have a job that really sucks for anyone (3) beat up their old girlfriends (4) have a minimum of 2 DU...

I was thinking the same thing..... 7 years of college...been busting my butt for more years than I care to think about...AND all I had to do was take a pole class on Thursday nights.
