I look at it the same way I look at his restaurant/shrimp/Krispy Kreme ventures. He's doing everything he can to do what he can for his kids once he's gone from here. He has parlayed a very strange musical career into a very successful business venture, while still going to work on Tuesdays, Thursda...

Parrot Bay. After drinking Parrot Bay and running out, I switched back to some Malibu that I had. It tasted like drinking Hawaiian Tropic. :o

I went ahead and bit the bullet and bought the 1.75l bottle of Parrot Bay at Bob's Package Store. :pirate:

Next time instead of taking the Alley, go to 41 by getting off at the Marco Island exit at exit 15 (or whatever mile marker it is now), the last exit before the Alley (and IIRC, the exit where the Crack Barrel is) . It's a prettier drive. You can stop and get a picture at the World's Smallest Post O...

So the best thing to do is to keep lobbying RM? I think the biggest thing that might hold them back is the name. Most parrotheads understand that RM plays other stuph, but most other people would probably go "Ewwwww... just Jimmy Buffett, 24-7? I don't wanna listen to *that.*" Of course, I...

2-for-1? That still doesn't beat Kenny Chesney's desperate bid to sell out Neyland Stadium last year. He was offering $60 tickets for $10 in the final days leading up to the show. Woulda looked silly for the stadium "back where he came from" to only have 30k people in it when it holds 118k...

Good thing the lead singer was losing his voice due to cancer.
Huh? James Hetfield has never had cancer, though his mother died of cancer, and Metallica has never done a "farewell tour." :-?

Martin Denny is one of the original Tiki Bar musicians. We're talking *true* Tiki Bar exotica. Not for everybody, but it definitely is what you would have heard in the old Tiki Bars.

I thought I was laid back and didn't have any anxiety until I was diagnosed with anxiety disorder. It's taken me *years* to get a handle on it, and I still have issues sometimes. :(

6 during the week. On Saturdays I'm up by 9ish, but I could go to bed anywhere from 11:30 to 4. I still wake up ~9ish. Sundays are a free-for-all. I can sleep until ten, get up, eat breakfast and then go back to bed and sleep until 1 or 2.

I had it done several years ago, not long before a trip to the Keys. :o It wasn't any big deal, though I will *not* say it was the most comfortable procedure. It felt at times like I was having my stuff pulled outta my belly, and the needle isn't just a "you're gonna feel a little stick" k...

She's been known to pop in there. I get to Jack's for lunch a few days a month as it's about 14 miles from my house. Meh. She climbed up on "stage" with the live band that was playing. I would have laughed my fins off.

If you're there at the right time, you might even see Kathy Lee Gifford show up and sing. She's been known to do it before. She and Frank have a place at the Ocean Reef Club, which is to the left a few miles down after you get to the light at the east end of Card Sound Road. WHAT?!? Surely you are ...
