OK, I kind of know what it is, but I guess I don't fully know, because I don't understand why you use this instead of the outside bbq/grill or the inside oven. It sounds like just one more thing to clean and take up room. Someone please enlighten me!!! Well for me, I live alone so it's waaaay easie...

Maybe we should think of a secondary 'hang out' wed night near the venue. I'm going to be staying in Walpole, just a few minutes up the street. There are a bunch of cool places around there... ideas? jake is playing at johnny d's in cambridge. it's a dinner/bar club. very small venue. saw mac there last year. jake and peter showed up. i think people may be going to that.

what time is everyone meeting up??? last year christine had everyone meeting up in the plaza parking lot at 9 am.

what's going on this year? it would be good if we could all meet up again so we could be together in the lot.
