Cable HD is horrible at least where I live at it is. For some reason direct TV or Dish network HD has a much better picture. My wife is sold on it as well. ER, CSI, The police show on TNT cannot remember the name all in HD, I rarely get a chance to watch it anymore :) The exterior wall on my apartm...

Well, right before I went home for Christmas my first new toy arrived... http://www.ps3informer.com/playstation-3/images/ps3-clear-black-front.jpg So the day after Christmas, I HAD to go get something to compliment it... http://www.thg.ru/display/32_lcd_tv/images/sharp_lc32ga6e.jpg Needless to say,...

LS do you feel there is a benefit to carrying the Platinum Card to justify the $375.00 a year fee! I 've been invited to carry it numerous times , but always declined! I fly quite a bit, so the access to the airport lounges is worth the fee. The Platinum rate is the same as any one airport lounge, ...

Let me get this straight, are you saying that infants are not appropriate pet treats? That is so inappropriate! NO, infants are not good pet treats. They are small and some animals may get chocked trying to swallow them. Kids age 4-14 typically are better for the pet. They provide the animal with e...

Article Mom says ferret, not dog, gnawed off baby toes BENTON, La. - A woman jailed after four of her infant daughter’s toes were gnawed off says the family’s pet ferret did it, not their pit bull pup as police had said. But her husband blames the dog, a city official said. “The way the bite marks ...

We did a little sealing work and tried to keep as much moisture out Look at where I live. You can't fight the moisture here. Re: To build a car, just the facts

Not all parts come from over seas. That are alot of parts made here in the USA. Working 5 minutes from the Hyundai plant and living 20 minutes from the soon-to-be Kia plant, I can attest to how many local businesses there are. Typically large car manufacturers REQUIRE that a percentage of component...

Just beat it senseless... that usually works.

Seriously though, I don't know if it has anything to do with being in heat. I had a boxer growing up. He used to chew/lick/scratch anything that was wood. Something about moisture and the way he felt in his mouth.

I would also try Craigslist.org under Temporary Housing/Subletting. When I went on vacation I rented out my apt for a reasonable rate to someone for 2 months plus full use of my apt for under 1K per month. :D Hey wait, you're in Marina Del Ray.... Don't you have another vacation coming up?

Who lives near LA and will rent a room to LS3's wife for a fair price? :pirate: And our puppy...  I actually think I have had some success on www.apartments.com. I still need to contact them regarding availability, but they have cheaper rates than what I've...

Thanks for all the suggestions!

I've tried Oakwood, but they are around $177 per night (about $5k per month).

I'll try apartment.com next. I've also contacted the UCLA housing department regarding sublets.
