My brother in law and I finished up our Heartland 39.3 series this weekend. We did three half marathons in 5 weeks, with the Warrior Dash in between. It was kind of crazy, fighting weird weather, the training to do it, and then spending at minimum playing the kids for at least 12 hours after the run...

The first show I went to was, May 3rd in 1997 and it was damn cold that night. Not as cold as today, but still cold. Yesterday it was almost 90 and now it's sleeting and snowing and I'm losing it. All I have in the house is peach pop, blueberry juice, coconut water and tequila. Any suggestions? :lol:

That's awesome!!!! I love labs. We had one when I was growing up, he would go crazy to go to the pounds. But we could never get him to jump in the pool. Not that it was encouraged, but I could hang on to him and we start to drag me out of the pool before I could even get him near it.
