Where I worked, "inappropriate internet use" was a firing offense so I never came near BN from wo&k. (And believe me they monitored usage) However, I occasionally came home for lunch and posted. :D So I was mainly an evening BN person. Now I'm retired and have a 1 hour maximum BN time ...
