Re: Live Nation **** Not ready for Internet Sales - READ ****
One reason to keep trying-when we got into the site, there were 9 minutes to pick the tickets and sign up/sign in. And it counts down while you're signing up for a LN account. Better be ready. NINE minutes-which is a lot longer than TM. So somewhat longer ticket availability is to be expected. Which...

Re: Live Nation **** Not ready for Internet Sales - READ ****
Gumbo....Thanks for the reminder: What short memories we all have. The ticket market imploded last year, remember? Tickets were available for less than face value all over the place. You couldn't *give away* lawn tickets at most shows right up to the day of the show. Chill. Unless you're really angl...

Re: Live Nation **** Not ready for Internet Sales - READ ****
This is the worst thing I've ever seen. When you call it puts you on hold for 30 seconds and says operators are still busy-so it says call back- AND HANGS UP ON YOU. What a disaster. Boycott LiveNation arenas for any shows you can. As was said, I hated TicketMaster, but at least something hap...

Good deal!
This is a great idea. I am surprised more places don't do this. But-what is missing from this deal? Parrotheads will receive: -- 1 Keepsake bucket with four Corona beers -- Cheeseburgers in paradise and french fried potatoes for two at the tailgate -- Complimentary parking -- Late 2:00 PM check-out ...

That may be the law. However, the last time I was there-granted, it was 3 years ago at Kenny Chesney, no law was being enforced. I was stone cold sober  so I can tell you all the laws, rules, regs you cite were not enforced. Unless the laws are new, and I don't think they are, law enforcement ...

Good
This is so much better than having this in Durham. :D Aside from the fact that Wallace Wade is not for concerts (nor is Carter Finley...see 1998...), you will have to park in and around Durham. And that is...no walk in the park. I actually cannot believe this is true. I am surprised Jimmy is doing t...

2 year olds???
Under additional information it says: Children under 2 are free as long as they don't take up a seat. That is incomprehensable to me. I have to think it is default wording for shows, and will be removed. What IF, and this is a big IF ....someone is unaware of the general Buffett show environ...

I would file this under the section "What were they thinking?" :o This is not so far from the truth: "the Manatees are picketing the Save the Manatee club disgusted with their choice of spokesperson." I don't think these gentle creatures want a psychotic moron like Alex Baldwin &...

I don't like the sound of this
I don't like the sound of this: "It started in Hawaii about five years ago when we did a show in a Honolulu park. A lot of people wrapped their vacation around the show and they didn't have to go 30 miles out of town like most of the places we're playing these days. You don't have that drive.&q...

The problem is they don't care about customer satisfaction Isn't that the problem with most companies now? Yes, it is the problem. I know a lot of problems with service-related companies is service- and the companies know it too. They do care, and do everything they can to make it better. The probl...

CIP closing?
I've never been to the CIP in Myrtle Beach. What I'm reading sure makes me want to avoid it. I may to go to say I went. I have been to Margaritaville in MB, that is nice. I too was always struck by the number and speed the CIPs were thrown up. Bahama Breeze in Raleigh is cool. http://www.bahamabreez...
