Just use Windows Media Player... Its very compressed and doesnt seem to play well in Quicktime or Itunes.

Windows Media Player will play the 1mb compressed file without being choppy.

It sounds ALOT BETTER if you download it to your hardrive and listen.
NOT choppy at all.
