You can find this version on the original ABC 45 of Come Monday. Original CILCIA 45 also has an alternate lyric change albeit for a different content issue - "good times and riches and 'son of a bitches" is changed to "bruises and stitches" to ensure airplay.

Not sure where you're located but I found it in my Walmart after a bit of looking. It was not in with the other DVDs, they had a special area in/near the CD isle where other music-related DVDs were. Plenty on display. I'd suggest asking the help there.
