Kelly's was very good. food was excellent and service was wonderful. not on the water but the trees growing through the outside deck was very tropical feeling. i still think the best tasting food i had in key west was the conch fritter guy on mallory square....damn they were good.

i dont know how it is where you live, but where i am if there is a crappy chain joint with junk on the wall (bennigans, applebees, fridays, tuesday, etc) the people around here flock to them. i like CIP cause they seve sailor jerry and a couple friends play live music that isnt overly loud.
