I'm heading to the Keys in October. Am wondering if anyone has a suggestion for a smaller, quaint, quiet place to stay with reasonable rates on Key Largo, Islamorada, or any upper key. I've looked into the Islander but not sure it's what I'm looking for.

There is a hotel/ motel on Islamorada, close to Morada Bay, that's kind of a vintage place, always gets good reviews. Can't remember the name of it, though. Can anyone help me out?
