Just got tickets on StubHub. It was a game time decision to make the drive up to NYC. I had to laugh when I checked this thread because it looks like we are sitting next to Tommy Bahamas. Section F1 Row 5 Seats 11 and 12. Not sure if we will make it up for the pre-party. Excited for the show tonight!

Parrotville will be playing on the deck at Kahunaville in Wilmington, DE Friday, May 17. I've heard they're pretty good and I'll def be there! It's being advertised as 5 bands, 5 beers, 5 shooters, 5 dollars. Start time is 8pm.

Matt Lauer mentioned that Carl and Jimmy are friends and asked if the band in the book was based on Jimmy Buffett and the Coral Reefer Band. Carl said no, but that he did discuss the book with Jimmy when writing it....
