came across a couple of inflatable sharks and inflatable parrots at the local card/party shop the other day, great addition to the buffett box for this summer.

In the past they've always allowed tailgating for concerts i've attended at the first union spectrum and center. They even accomodated the crowd with several outdoor port-a-pots. I wouldn't imagine that they would change this rule for buffett, i would think they might even make it more accomadating.
