I started at 4 1/2 via the Suzuki method. Highly recommend it; more classical training, however prepares you for any type of playing because you learn by ear at first.

We tipped $20-50 each depending on the number of guys and bought them lunch, as well as having water, soda and powerade available.

Didn't decorate with the move and all; let my folks and family decorate and enjoyed that instead!
