For the past three years, I have always worn a mask when in public. This weekend I let my guard (and mask) down and one off the 150 guests at the wedding gave me Covid.

I was headed downtown yesterday and I saw an old guy standing on the corner waiting for the WALK light... he was wearing a baseball cap. That's all, just a baseball cap! :o For some reason I thought of LIPH. I'm thinkin' the guy said to himself "It's a nice day, I don't need to wear pants."...

The wedding was in San Francisco at the James Leary Flood Mansion. An unbelievable venue.

Sleep in? Gosh, I wish! I've been retired for going on 7 years and I'm still awake by 6:00 every morning. Six hours a night is all I seem to need.
Mrs SPH, OTOH, needs a minimum of 8, so I have a couple of hours of "me time" every morning to get things (quietly) done.

It's situational with me.... socially, it's scotch (JWBlack) on the rocks, at a ball game or after mowing the lawn, it's a bottle of beer or hard cider, and at home it's usually a glass of wine with dinner.

Like they say, you can't drink all day if you don't start in the morning....
Sounds like a good JB cover, add some Club Trini vibes to it and it would be perfect!

Spring? It's about damn time!
But it sure don't look like it outside my window.....

Actually pretty nice here... It got up to 62° yesterday (first time in the 60°s since last October) and maybe 64° today.
Then it goes downhill again, with high 40°s by the end of next week.

It actually got up to 54° today... I mowed the lawn for the first time since last November.
Now I'll have to mow it weekly until next November.
