If you can separate the movie from the book, the movie was pretty good. The acting was great, and the scenery was neat at times. Though if you even attempt to tie the movie to the book, the timeline is completely off, and so much is missing. I had hopes of it at least loosely sticking to the timelin...
I don't have hollow man on my mp3 player, but I do have This ain't duval street and pirate on the caribbean. I'm really glad I got around to buying their cd's.
I saw it twice. It had a couple of semi-slower parts, but overall, I really enjoyed it. I thought the characters were just as good as in 11, and the plot was really good.
My mother is buying extra lottery tickets and rub-offs. I told her we should all go to AC, but then we figured it would probably be waayyy too crowded. So we're just goin to barbecue and go to the movies. Maybe I'll get lucky and not have any idiots talking around me. That would be good enough for me.
Me! Yep. Me, my dad, and my sis-in-law are such huge dorks when it come to the potter series, so we're dragging the rest of the family to the midnight Imax showing Tuesday night. Then we're seeing it the next night again with a bunch of friends who can't make it to the midnight showing. Then we'll b...
I am so so so sorry to hear that. I had hair down below my waist many years ago and lost it all to a moron who didn't time the perm correctly (and ended up going to the hospital with burns on my scalp). I cried for weeks and it still makes me mad to this day. (when my husband came home, he seriously...
  I've done this many times. I've also not been paying attention and added baking powder instead of baking soda, swapped the amount of flour and sugar needed, and the list goes on. Some came out good or better, others went right in the trash. But you are absolutely right in you never know ...
"though the moment the window broke still haunts him, Fogg feels lucky that this shredded shirt and a few cuts and bruises are the only signs of the freak accident. "
For ONCE in my life, we did hit it right.....Lowe's was having a sale. I didn't really have time to shop, but they gave me a 30 day price match guarantee. When I got home, I checked everything on line......Lowe's beat everyone by $100-200 on each appliance.....so I'm happy about that! Everything is...
There was a bird too. I forget his name. Laserbeak . . . yes, yes . . . I know how lame it is that I know that. In addition to Ravage and Laserbeack . . . other Soundwave cassettes include: Rumble, Buzzsaw, Ratbat, and Frenzy . . . :P I can be far lamer. There are also the Japanese cassettes, of wh...
My husband was at Botcon, and saw it last Thursday. He said it was incredible. Apparently the overall consensus of the fans there was that it was very good. That's probably a good indication based on the rabid type of fans there. but how did they watch it if they never took it out of the original w...
I saw one last week. It was awesome. I was driving down the road, and this SUV was in front of me. Suddenly, it transformed into a giant hedgehog... dude, everyone knows that there is not such thing as a Transformer that transforms into a hedehog . . . . that is just stupid. A tape that transforms ...
and as an example of irony, I think we've replaced a total of 5 refrigerators/freezers all together in the last ten years. My parents still have the same olive green refrigerator they bought when they moved into their house, 35 years ago. They've never had it serviced, and it doesn't have any proble...
