Did anyone catch the story of Jason Gore. He was a member of the Pepperdine National Championship team in 1997, I believe, and a member of a Walker Cup team. On the day of his first pro tournament in Boise, his mother finds his father dead of a heart attack.   Tomorrow, he'll be in ...

Anyone who has ever found themselves in a room with Peter Jacobsen has to be rooting for him. He is such a great guy to just sit and have a few beers with. And an ace on the 9th hole in the third round. Hope he has a little left for Sunday

A stretch back to the 80's for this one

You see my hands are steady
You've seen my face before
Soon you can take your last look
And they'll close the door
I stand accused before you
I have no tears to cry
And you will never break me
Till the day I die

Actually, your beloved east coasters are playing my home town of Burlington Ontario tonight. If I didn't have to work I would have gone down. They rock!

I'll take a turn! In your life, you get so high There's nowhere left to go but down Don't believe that no one cares 'Cause we're here waiting for you, baby Do your time and then come home for good Blue Rodeo... can't think of it. I think it's getting to the point
where I can be myself again
I think it's getting to the point
where we have almost made amends
I think it's the getting to the point
that is the hardest part.

I had a dream I was moving forward Floating gently to the sun I’ve come to see my world rewarded A new day has begun A lost bird caught in mid migration Far away to a foreign land Offspring of a secret nation A new day has begun Yeah. . . now I can hear it!! It's GBS - Feel It Turn. Cool. Hide your...

That is BS Tomm. Hockey Talent is at least 30% better since Eastern European players came into the league. Ok 25% but only because The Great One was so great. the top talent is there, i agree. i'm talking about the number of low level players. there are just so many players now and only a small per...

Nashville, Los Angeles, Florida, Edmonton, and Pittsburgh all deserve the same chance to win the cup as Detroit, Colorado, New Jersey, and Philadelphia. There needs to be a level playing field for all teams to draft, sign and retain talent. Not to mention to recruit free agents on the same level. Do...

I got hooked with no hockey as well. And being a good old Canadian boy that was difficult. Was an excellent championship game, could have gone either way.

I not sure ticket prices will come down even if there is a salary. We have to remember, the owners are just as greedy as the players. I won't watch again until the competetive balance is restored.
