I tried some at a concert and didn't think much of it. May have been a bad batch or was in the sun too long. If it's coming to PA I might give it another shot. :pirate: Its been here in NC for a long time and i didnt try it for a long time because i figured it would be not so cheap knockoff of Coro...

By the way if you make it down to the keys, stay away from the tourist traps and check out Capt. Tonys, the Chart room and Rum Runners. The Buffett tour was cool but a little pricey and the tour guide was tanked (not that he didnt do a great job) Can't wait to get there in June to celebrate my 40th...

I'm with TR, you've got to look around the dial for different sources for information, not just the one that sounds like your favorite tune. How humorous. Biggest change in political reporting in past 20 years is the liberal biased media and its swine like Dan Rather don't control all the informati...

Always one of the great Jimmy trivia questions...who gave him the idea for the title of "You Had To Be There"...it was Mr. Fogelberg.

Re: Boating Magazine's best boating songs

I have just read the November issue of Boating Magazine in which there is an article entitled "The Best Boating Songs of the Last 50 Years". There is not a Buffett song in the entire list! I just sent a letter to the magazine to let them know of my displeasure with their choices, or rathe...

After a second listen . . . I'm glad I cancelled my order. That's $10.00 I put towards on Slack Key Guitar Masters Vol. 1 as well as a couple of Bruddha Iz CDs. Much better spent. I love Bruce, but I'm not following him down this path. Maybe I'll meet him further on up the road. then you are, with ...

Said for years he should do a "Songs You don't Know By Heart" tour as a shout out to us old folks. Play zero of the standards. Every night something different and obscure.

It has an upbeat tempo, but the lyrics are depressing as hell, that's why I gave up Springsteen music in college and got into Buffett, Springsteen's songs made me want to kill myself and Buffett's make me want to go to the ocean and have a party....you do the Math. Jimmy has so many great songs tha...

I have long said "Rocky Mountain High" which has perhaps the most brilliant and descriptive opening stanza of any song ever written. It could have been written for Jimmy's move to Key West just as easily as for the Rocky Mountains. Brilliant.
