If you win or should I say if I win, when do you have to take the vacation? I don't see that listed any where. Other contests I put in for have always said you have to use your dates during a certain time.

The hotel, dinner and beach are a great prize, but I want the gumbo cooking class with Lucy. Having won or placed at the Great Southern Gumbo and Wing Ding Cook-off over the years, I'd like to see her gumbo created first hand and I will share my recipe for Wayne's Flaming Jack Daniel's Gumbo.
