The only M-product I really like is the ice tea and you can't get it around here. If I stumble across the coffee in a store where I shop, I'll try it. If I like it I'll buy it again but won't pay more for it just because it says Margaritaville on it.

I've heard the Buffett wants to run the world theory before but it wasn't until I ran across one of four I Hate Jimmy Buffett sites on FB recently that there are people out there that actually believe that. Then there's those that believe he's an operative for the CIA.

I'm not sure that he wants to run the world, but I liked him a lot better when he was a musician...

I'm glad the Margaritaville brand is out there and spreading. Good PR and hey he's earned it!

Yeah, it's funny how we all (including yours truly) at times pick on JB for going "commercial". But, truth be told, if we were in his shoes at this point of his career, we'd most likely do the same thing....... :o

I have no problem with the brand, I only have a problem with the quality and value. I have yet to try anything that I consider average or would want to serve it to friends and be proud of what I was serving.

If his coffee is price competitive and tastes good, I'll buy it, and I'd like to know if at least part of it is packaged in the USA?

At least some of his ventures are employing people in this country (casinos and hotel, stores, restaurants)...we need more businesses putting Americans (and I mean alot of young people who need jobs too) back to work!!

He must employ thousands!

go Jimmy go!!!

I found the decaf walmart online the price is $7.48 / 12 oz.

As R2 mentioned the best coffee to represent KW is Baby's coffee.....it is wonderful. [smilie=hearts.gif]

Wonder if Jimmy's coffee will come in those little K-cups too. [smilie=battingeyes.gif]

I'm sure that the Margaritaville coffee will come in the little K-cups. And it won't be long before we'll all be drinking Baby's coffee at MOTM. :D

Gene Simmons already marketed that one. They have/had Kiss Kaskets.
