Happy Floridays Friday to the BN Gang.
Penny, I give You & E permission to vacay!! You've earned it!!
Alas, I could use a staycation after the prior weeks vacation after journeying roughly 1,400 miles in 6 days in the car.
Semi bucket list concert tonight.....Hall & Oates. Pop, Rock & Soul. They cover it well.
College football kickoff for a few this weekend. Let the pigskin fly!
Everyone have a great weekend!

Re: Floridays Friday @ the MSC
Good Morning everyone!
Dreary start to our Friday/Payday at Ringville.
Our weekend will be low key -- which is fine sometimes. Seems our schedules are busy one week with stuff almost every evening and then the next week we got nuthin' . Kevin works at the home brew shop tomorrow and I may by poolside with friends depending on the weather, of course.
Since most of the tv shows we watch on a regular basis are all on hiatus, we've been getting movies from the library. We've created a list from friends and from the movie trailers as we go along. So far, we have enjoyed everyone -- some are based on true stories (and are sad) but still good.

Morning, pholks.
Lovely day in Vacationland. Working this morning and then out for a boat ride and eventually happy hour somewhere near the water.

Good morning. I was going to do laundry today but the sun's out so I'll be out too. There's an 80% chance of rain tomorrow, laundry can wait a day.

Hello everybody who’s anybody.
Sub-contractors are at the house today putting in bathroom follring and sheet rock in the garage.
Steps 1 and 2 in a 47,862 step process.
About the same number of Bloody Mary’s I’ll have before lunchtime.

Good morning BN. We drove through scary fog in NY state coming home. After the fog was beautiful skies with cool dry temps.
If I wasn't fishing in this all day rain,I'd be home doing something stupid.

There’s no way everything is going to be done before I leave on my Canada/Ireland vacation on September 10th.Saltx3 wrote: ↑August 23, 2019 11:47 amfinallyWino you know wrote: ↑August 23, 2019 11:08 am Hello everybody who’s anybody.

(Because I WILL be leaving on my Canada/Ireland vacation on September 10th- or you can check the obituaries in the Cedar Rapids Gazette, because I’ll be dead).
But things have been progressing in a positive direction since I got rid of the a-holes at Service Master and hired Serv Pro.

It was a nice sunny day, but a little hot and humid. Now there are some nasty looking clouds off to the west and I just got a weather alert on my phone saying there are strong storms headed this way. Good thing I got my daily walk out of the way already.

Re: Floridays Friday @ the MSC
We need a vacay too. Youngest daughter bought us tix to see the Eagles in Vegas in Sept, but we aren't even gonna be able to go. Hoping she will be able to re sell the tix.
Had a very busy day at the flower shop. Had lots of orders for today and 3 funerals to get done for tomorrow.
Sipping a margarita and getting in the hot tub very soon!
Middle daughter got the all clear to go back to work Monday after a follow up with her doc. This was after she freaking lost her car keys and Bryan had to leave work to come home and get her spare key and take it to her so she could keep her appt.
I swear this kid is gonna put me in an early grave.

Omg Bill, you have no clue! She is so smart and absolutely clueless at the same time! Started college at 17, has her BSN and an Associate degree in Healthcare Management. She attracts the WORST possible guys. (narcissists and abusers) I could go on and on...SMHbodypainter wrote: ↑August 23, 2019 6:38 pmOuch! Sigh.... I know the story all too well. I don't tell anyone of my family's issues. They are traumatic and best left to the past.melon59 wrote: ↑August 23, 2019 6:52 pmOmg Bill, you have no clue!
