Good morning. I have a coupon for a free appetizer at Old Chicago and it expires tomorrow. It's supposed to be 92 degrees today, I think I'll go have my appetizer and a couple of cold beers and stay out of the heat.

Good thoughts for moog as he goes under the knife today.

I saw an article online earlier that Yuengling is coming out with a chocolate porter brewed with Hershey's chocolate. It's only going to be available on draft and the distribution area doesn't include South Carolina. I mentioned it to the bartender at Old Chicago and he said they're trying to get a keg. I'm not a big porter drinker but I'd love to try it.

Had the 2nd of 4 diabetes education classes today. My new doc thought that I needed to go, even though she is pleased with my daily numbers and my A1C is at a good level. Then i came home and cleaned the kitchen and vacuumed the dog hair, that is a thorn in my side. Then I made the Chicken Tortilla Soup for the pot luck tomorrow. I have no idea what we're having for dinner, but I'm sure we won't starve.
Lots of phin power going out to moogy. Hope the surgery was successful!

Hi there! I started packing for Ringville while putting away summer clothes. Sigh.... I won't need swim trunks for 4 months.
Sorry about the diabetes, Tammy. Take care.

Thanks Bill, this is not a new diagnosis, but the new doc thought I should take the classes anyway. I have learned some new things, but I could think of better things to do for 2 hours every Thursday for 4 weeks.
Fun fact...tequila has zero carbs! 🍹🍹🍹😂😂😂
