Good morning Debbie and cj. We have no snow yet. That will change. We head north into the snow belt before the snow comes. Enjoy your day, pholks.
If I wasn't fishing in this all day rain,I'd be home doing something stupid.

Good morning cj, Bill, Tammy, and Deb!
Sunny here, but breezy. Off to have breakfast, visit a friend in the hospital, grocery shopping, then dinner out and DU hockey later.
Have a good day!!

Good afternoon. The forecast for today was rain, heavy at times, and wind gusting to 25 mph so I didn't make any plans. We haven't had a drop of rain yet.

There's a college football game on ESPN, one of the teams playing is Tulane. Tulane calls its teams the Green Wave. They're wearing blue uniforms.

Afternoon BNers
We finally have
Nice to see it again.
Still waiting on the pest guy. If you ever need varmint removal, do not get these guys.
Not dependable. When you say you will be here, either show up or call. These guys don't communicate, they just don't show up. And whatever is in the attic was lifting weights at 4:11 am.

Afternoon, peeps.
Dreary and rainy here, too. Christmas decorations are down. House is clean. Hunkering down for some Great Escape, love that movie. Will peek in on the Bills/Texans game, too and then Pats/Titans tonight.
Mr. Lime is making braised lamb shanks for dinner and they smell divine.

Hi All,
It reached a smidge under 113°F here yesterday, with single digit humidity. Another suburb of Sydney hit 120°F. Today is milder.
While Sydney was spared other parts of the south-east aren't so lucky. Many areas still under emergency warning so the extent of the damage is unknown but it isn't going to be rainbows and unicorns.
So the fight goes on.
No end in sight but I guess we'll just keep on, keeping on.
I'll be busy at work tomorrow, the Royal Australian Navy has deployed three vessels and god knows how many aircraft for humanitarian work. Time for us logistics people to get our backsides into gear!!

That's crazy but craziest of all is Oregon. They are green and yellow but played their bowl game in black??? They seem to have an unlimited combinations of ugly uniforms.

Billionaire Phil Knight, the founder of Nike, is an Oregon alum (and Nike's headquarters, like Oregon, are in Eugene). He and Nike do indeed give the University of Zero unlimited access to Nike dollars and the ugliest uniforms imaginable.
I know the voices in my head aren’t real, but sometimes they have really good ideas…..

Thanks for enlightening me, I had no idea! But it's good to know that I am not the only person who thinks their uniforms are atrocious!SeattleParrotHead wrote: ↑January 5, 2020 12:03 pmBillionaire Phil Knight, the founder of Nike, is an Oregon alum (and Nike's headquarters, like Oregon, are in Eugene).
