Terrific TUES @ the MSC
Good morning everyone.
It's 8:00 EST and I'm already on my 2nd cup of coffee
Not sure what we'll be doing around here today but since the sun is shining I'm hoping to get out and enjoy it at some point.

Good morning Linda. I slept great last night, which is rare. The day's highlight is dinner. Anne is making jambalaya! Oh, yea!
If I wasn't fishing in this all day rain,I'd be home doing something stupid.

Good morning, BN gang. Happy Tuesday! Michi, a Keurig tray under coffee cup, holds a whole cup of coffee.

Nope.....holds about half. My kitchen counter holds the other......which of course went under the blender thingy, and the other coffee maker. Yes, we have him and her's coffee makers. She likes the Bunn maker with the fresh beans. I like the Kuerig. Either way, i had to clean it all up.

I have one of those single-serve Keurigs and the tray holds a cup of coffee. I know this from experience. 8 oz.

Re: Terrific TUES @ the MSC
All i know is i push the second biggest cup, however big that is. Fills my cup nearly to the top, but to a level i can still walk with without spilling as the biggest serving goes right to the brim.....

Maybe your hair is keeping you from seeing that you don't have a cup under that Keurig spoutMICHIPHIN wrote: ↑April 21, 2020 8:12 am Morning.....

Good morning.
Yesterday when the plumbers were here, one of them said he used to live on Long Island and he was a union plumber in NYC. He retired after 30 years but he can't start collecting his pension until he's 62 so he's still working down here. He told me where he lived, a nice area in Suffolk County on the eastern part of LI. His property taxes were $18,000/year. Now he has a house with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and an elevator inside and his property taxes are $900.

Re: Terrific TUES @ the MSC
It must depend on your Keurig model.... my "overflow" tray holds 4 oz. (just measured) and then my countertop (and ultimately my floor) holds the rest. We too have his and hers.... I prefer to grind my own and use a single cup filter cone and Mrs SPH has the Keurig, but I'm out of beans and have been using the machine. Other than the convenience of push button coffee, I'm not too fond of machine built java.
I'm six weeks overdue for a haircut and it's driving me crazy! How did I wear a ponytail back in the 60's?

I have one of the single serve Keurigs too, one of my friends gave it to me as a housewarming gift when I moved here. It doesn't work anymore and I have a regular coffee maker so I use that one instead.dnw wrote: ↑April 21, 2020 8:46 amMICHIPHIN wrote: ↑April 21, 2020 8:24 am

Re: Terrific TUES @ the MSC
As long as I have my orange juice in the morning, it's OK to drink beer. At least that's how I justify having a frosty beverage in the morning at a Buffett tailgate party.

Re: Terrific TUES @ the MSC
I had a tail in 73, but it was Mongol style topknot. My long was a thick and wavy symbol of youthful rebellion at first, but everyone had grown long hair. I had my head shaved by a college kid in my dorm whose dad was a barber. He left a 5 inch area for the scalp lock. I shaved the stubble with a standard razor and applied Mennen skin bracer. I let out a bellow heard way down the dorm hall. Boy, did that burn!
The entire semester, I shaved every day with a Norelco and often had girls braid my scalp lock.
